These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase from Vault & Victory Cards, operated by Walgren Family Holdings, LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”), and your use of vaultandvictorycards.com and this checkout portal. By placing an order or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Vault & Victory Cards is a United States retailer of graded trading cards, sealed collectibles, and hobby products, classified under NAICS 451120 — Hobby, Toy, and Game Stores. We sell physical collectible products through our online store and by invoice.
Card statements for purchases from us will read “VAULT AND VICTORY”. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
2. Orders and payment
- All prices are in United States dollars. An order is accepted when payment is completed; we may cancel and refund any order placed in error or where an item was listed at an incorrect price.
- Invoices and layaway balances are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled after notice.
- High-value orders may require signature confirmation and may be held for payment verification before dispatch.
3. Authenticity and grading
Graded cards are sold in the original tamper-evident holder of the grading company shown in the listing, with that grader’s certification number. The grade assigned to a card is the grading company’s professional opinion, not ours, and grading standards can vary between companies and over time. Sealed product is sold in factory-original packaging.
4. Condition and images
Listing photos show the actual item unless the listing states otherwise. For raw (ungraded) cards, condition is described honestly, but raw condition assessment is subjective; please review photos and ask questions before purchasing. Centering, surface, and edge characteristics are visible in listing images.
5. Shipping and risk of loss
Orders ship to the address provided at checkout with tracking. High-value orders include insurance and signature confirmation. Risk of loss passes to you on confirmed delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.
6. Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to a purchase. Our total aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct discussion. Any dispute not resolved that way will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when your order is placed governs that order. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
